Return & Refunds Policy
You have 30 days from when you get your item to ask for a return.
The item should be in the same condition as you received it. Which means it should be unused, unworn, with tags still on, and in the original packaging. You must also be able to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Remember, you must ask for a return first; items sent back without this request won't be accepted.

Damaged Items
When you get your order, check it right away. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can fix the problem.
We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you want a different item quickly, return what you have and make a new purchase once we accept the return.
Special Rules for the European Union
If you’re in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Just like before, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and with tags—and you'll need your receipt.
Refunds
Once we get your returned item and check its condition, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you will receive your money back through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
